Which color variant should I pick:

• Simple 24 colors: perfect for photos with minimal color variation.
• Realistic 36 colors: ideal for more complex photos with a lot of different colors, such as portraits, landscapes, and images with a lot of different colors (leaves, trees, outdoors, people), or for simply a more detailed kit

The photos displayed on our product page and in our comments are given for information only. It is up to the customer to provide an image of sufficient quality so that the final result can be optimal. In the case of unsatisfactory final result, in 95% of the cases the main reason is due to a photo of poor quality, poor resolution, with poor lighting, or too low a level of detail.

1. Dispatch Time
   Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2. Transit Time Domestically
   In general, domestic shipments are in transit for7 - 10 business days.
3. Transit time Internationally
   Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for10 - 15 business days.
